Terms of service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use oodell.com or buy from our store. Please read them before placing an order.

In these Terms, "Oodell", "we", "us" and "our" mean Vereniva LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Oodell. "You" means the person using our website or placing an order.

These Terms work together with our other policies, which also form part of your agreement with us:

If you're buying as a consumer in the UK, nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

When you create an account or place an order, please make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date. You're responsible for keeping your account password safe.

You agree not to misuse our website. This includes attempting to hack or disrupt it, uploading harmful code, using it for fraud, copying large amounts of content, or using automated tools, bots or scrapers to access it without our permission.

4. Our products

We try hard to show our products accurately, including their colours, materials, sizes and details. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings. Size guides are provided as a helpful reference, and measurements may vary slightly between items.

All products are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you and give you a full refund for that item.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, there's an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Our products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT. Delivery is free on all UK orders. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay. There are no hidden fees, and you will not be asked to pay customs or import charges on delivery.

The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery times, tracking, and what to do if a parcel is late, lost or damaged are explained in our Shipping Policy.

The items become your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you've nominated to receive them. Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, as required by UK law. We also offer a longer 30-day return window.

Full details of how to cancel, return an item or get a refund are in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights, and pay for the return postage.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we don't meet these Terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, carrier disruption or natural disasters. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

12. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics and page design, belongs to Oodell or is used with permission. You may view and share it for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Reviews and feedback

If you leave a review or send us feedback, you agree that it's honest, based on your own experience, and doesn't contain anything offensive or unlawful. You allow us to display and share your review on our website and marketing. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

14. Third-party links and services

Our website may include links to other websites or tools provided by third parties. We're not responsible for their content or practices, so please check their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and Oodell (Vereniva LLC), not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the sale of our products.

16. Your personal information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring legal proceedings in your local courts, and you keep all protections of the consumer law where you live.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@oodell.com and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

18. Other important terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest will still apply. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
